Biostatistical Working GroupThe Biostatistical Working Group works closely with
the data management group, clinical researchers and clinical
research centers informatics core biostatisticians to ensure quality
statistical design and that statistical analyses fit with the
context of clinical practice. RTRN Biostatistical Capacity and Needs AssessmentThe specific aims of the assessment are to assure if RCMI
institutions possess available capacities to perform the statistical
activities for the current and upcoming projects, to evaluate
current and upcoming statistical needs, to assess the potential
challenges, and to develop the possible strategies to maximize the
biostatistical capacities of RCMI institutions. The information
obtained from the assessment will be used to develop and enhance the
biostatistical programs and services of the RTRN; establish the RTRN
Biostatistical Working Group, and ensure that we continually provide
RTRN researchers with valid, relevant and quality statistical
analyses and methodologies for multi-institutional studies/trials
anticipated for the network. Statistics Seminars
