RTRN Communications Division

The goal of the Communications Division is to facilitate and manage information and communication between RTRN, its Data Technology Coordinating Center (DTCC) and the Community.

The communication team is responsible for communicating information on RTRN research projects and activities to Network members, the public, the media, the scientific and medical communities and advocacy groups. The communication team serves as the communication link between the network and the community, sets communication policies and coordinates various activities across the network. The team is also responsible for managing content for the RTRN and DTCC web sites and the electronic newsletter, THE NETWORK INSIDER, as well as producing a variety of original communications tailored for different audiences.

By establishing and fostering relationships with each RCMI center and our other health and community partners, the communication team aims to keep the members of RTRN informed, engaged and equipped to advance their research activities across the network. Our partnerships are vital to the success of the network; therefore, we encourage each of our RCMI centers, the research clusters and working groups to keep the communication team abreast of their projects by submitting information to communications@rtrn.net or utilizing one of the online submission forms.
