Due to the sensitive nature regarding meeting minutes Committees and Sub Committees are required to post the minutes behind the secure Portal.

ALERT:

All users must have a copy of their VPN Client connected to the host prior to gaining access to the RTRN/DTCC secure Portal.  To receive access to the network contact hailong.li@rtrn.net for account information.

To log into Oracle Collaboration Suite using Portal:

1. Start from:  www.rtrn.net
2. Click on the link at the top of the page titled: Portal Log In
3.  Click the RTRN Portal logo to access the log in screen
4. In the Sign in window, input your username
5.  Input your password
6. Click the Log In button

Congratulations, you have successfully logged into Oracle Collaboration Suite using the Portal!

To create a new folder:

1. Navigate to your workspace overview page
2.  Click the Library link
3.  Click New Folder
4.  Enter the folder name
5.  Click OK

Congratulations, you have successfully created a new folder!

To Upload a file to the Portal:

·         Navigate to your workspace overview page

·         Click the Library link

·         Click the link corresponding to the folder to which you would like to upload the file

·         Click Upload

Congratulations, you have successfully uploaded a file to the Portal!
